| DEPOSITS:
Deposits must be made in the form of cash, money order, cashier's check,
or credit card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard). We do not accept personal
checks!! Deposits will be returned to the renter upon the return of the
rented craft, with all items returned in good, clean condition and the
craft is undamaged.
RESERVATIONS: Advanced reservations are recommended. A credit card must be given to hold a reservation GAS/OIL: Gasoline and oil charges are additional. The tanks are full when you leave. Upon return, tanks are refilled and you pay for only what you have used. CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to departure with a $25.00 cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation in the event of bad weather, high wind or any event at, at our discretion, if we feel safety is a factor. LATE ARRIVALS: Boats will be held for 30 minutes before we consider the rental forfeited. We will make the boat available for rental after the 30 minutes. If you find you will be arriving late, call the office immediately to hold the boat. There will be no pro-ration of rental fees for late arrivals. Return time will not be extended beyond the original rental return time unless approved prior to departure. LATE RETURNS: Unauthorized late returns will be charged an additional fee for each half hour that it is kept beyond the scheduled return time. PAYMENTS: Rentals are to be paid at the time of the departure. All payments are to be made in the form of cash, money order, credit card or a cashier's check. EARLY RETURNS: There will be no refunds on early returns. |
